M&E Design Coordinator

  • Location: East
  • Basic Salary up to $5,000
  • Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm

Job Scope

  • Coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, ACMV, Fire Protection & ELV system designs between consultants and contractors.
  • Review M&E shop drawings and ensure no clashes with Structural and Architectural layouts.
  • Lead coordination with BIM modelers for combined services model.
  • Ensure M&E designs comply with SCDF, PUB, EMA, BCA, NEA requirements.
  • Prepare technical submissions, method statements & builder shop drawings for approval.
  • Coordinate equipment procurement, vendor selections, technical datasheets.
  • Attend site M&E meetings and resolve installation issues.
  • Support testing, commissioning, and handover documentation.

Key Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in M&E / Building Services.
  • Familiar with SCDF FSSD submissions & ACMV/MV/LV systems.
