Job Description:

  • Answer boutique phone calls promptly and route to appropriate staff.

  • Manage boutique's public email:

  • Assign emails from existing clients to their designated Sales Associates (SAs).

  • Distribute new client emails equitably based on language requirements.
  • Respond to appointment and callback requests; manage boutique appointment and walk-in schedules.
  • Track daily email distribution per SA.
  • Greet and screen walk-in customers; control boutique access.

  • Notify retail team of customer arrivals or appointment cancellations.

  • Act as the first point of contact; warmly welcome all customers.

  • Connect clients with retail staff as per scheduled appointments.
  • Provide in-boutique hospitality (e.g., greeting, serving beverages, handing out welcome materials).
  • Prioritize in-person visitors and incoming calls efficiently.
  • Ensure CRM data entry for all new clients.
  • Maintain a clean, presentable front-of-house area.

  • Serve as the main contact for managing client appointments.

  • Update staff calendars and coordinate meetings.

  • Support the Boutique Manager with staff roster planning.
  • Record daily boutique traffic and submit reports.
  • Monitor stock of welcome materials and refreshments; report when restocking is needed.

Job Requirement:

  • Preferably someone with customer experience background from hospitality/tourism industry
  • Good communication skills and presentable
  • Comfortable to work 5 days a week (inclusive weekends), shift schedule
