Working hours: Mon-Thu(9am-630pm), Fri(9am-6pm)

Salary: $2900 to $3910 per month (Depending on experience)

Contract Duration: 12 Months

Job Scope:

Research

  • Assist with data collation, analysis, and compilation of Singapore Cultural Statistics
  • Assist with building of data warehouse/research for quarterly data insights newsletter, Culture Bytes.
  • Work with GovTech colleagues to assist with development of Custom-GPTs/AI Solution for Research Queries.

Corporate

  • Assist in knowledge management and institutionalisation efforts by engaging in innovative designs and updating SharePoint databases, with a view to systemise information-sharing platforms and processes, supporting documentation and operational procedures.
  • Update CA mailing list and database integrated with above and other databases, ensuring currency.
  • Assist with admin duties such as arranging internal/external meetings (scheduling, booking of rooms, logs and liaison with external parties, taking notes and post-meeting follow ups).
  • Development and management of SOPs and systemise into the existing platforms.
  • Manage and update the division's website, ensuring content is current, accurate, and aligned.

Requirements:

  • A degree or diploma in areas such as social sciences, arts management, public policy, communications, or business administration
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience
  • Able to collate, analyse, and present data (e.g., cultural statistics, survey findings, research outputs).
  • Comfortable using SharePoint, databases, and MS Office
  • Some exposure to data tools or AI/digital platforms (e.g., Power BI, GPT solutions) would be an advantage.
