Duties & Responsibilities

  • To collect and distribute food items to designated areas.
  • Deliver of items or equipment to designated areas.
  • Maintain accurate records of collections and deliveries.
  • Loading & Unloading of goods.
  • Inbound and outbound, verifying the quantity and quality of items.
  • Maintain accurate records of goods received and shipped, using warehouse management systems (WMS) or other software.
  • Organize and store inventory in designated locations within the warehouse.
  • Ensure the maintenance of allocated vehicle.
  • Keep mileage records and repair records up-to-date.
  • To undertake such other duties as assigned from time to time by the Food bank manager of the warehouse.

Requirements

  • Minimum N Levels and above.
  • Class 4 Driving license with delivery experience.
  • Meticulous, detailed in work and able to handle deadlines and stress.
  • Must be able to work in a team.
  • Must be able to support after office hours and weekends during events or when needed.
  • Be prepared to perform other duties as assigned.
