About Our Client:They was established in 1998 as a general contractor and currently is registered with BCA under grade B1 in the Civil Engineering (CW02) Category.
Their project portfolio includes civil engineering works such as earthworks, highway and road works, drainage works, sewerage works and infrastructure works, foundation engineering etc.
Other Information:- Working day: 5.5 days (Alternate Saturday-Full day)
- Working Hour: 7:30am-5:30pm
- Working location: Changi Airport Terminal 5
- Salary Range: $5,000-$6,000
- Project Planning: Determine project schedules by analyzing plans and specifications, calculating time requirements, and sequencing project elements.
- Schedule Management: Maintain project timelines by monitoring progress, coordinating activities, and resolving issues as they arise.
- Quality Control: Review designs, specifications, and plans to ensure adherence to quality standards and recommend necessary actions.
- Team Leadership: Manage and coordinate work activities for sub-contractors, supervisors, and workers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all project activities comply with Singapore laws, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Safety Oversight: Maintain a safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Civil Engineering Expertise: A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent, with at least 5 years of experience in civil or structural engineering projects.
- Airport Project Experience: While not required, experience with airport projects is highly valued and would be an advantage.
- Proactive Problem-Solver: A resourceful individual who can think on their feet and tackle challenges head-on.
- Excellent Communicator: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential for success in this role.
- Analytical Thinker: Good analytical skills and the ability to interact effectively with people at all levels of the organization.
