Our client is seeking a Project Manager (Construction) to join their team

About Our Client:

They was established in 1998 as a general contractor and currently is registered with BCA under grade B1 in the Civil Engineering (CW02) Category.

Their project portfolio includes civil engineering works such as earthworks, highway and road works, drainage works, sewerage works and infrastructure works, foundation engineering etc.

Other Information:
  • Working day: 5.5 days (Alternate Saturday-Halfday)
  • Working Hour: 7:30am-5:30pm // 7:30am-12:30pm
  • Working location: Changi Airport Terminal 5
  • Salary Range: $7,500-$10,000
What you'll be doing?
  • Strategic planning: Develop and implement overall site organization and resource allocation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Goal alignment: Set project targets that align with company objectives, driving the team towards shared goals.
  • Budget management: Plan and monitor preliminary cost budgets, ensuring projects stay within approved financial parameters.
  • Quality assurance: Ensure high-quality project delivery by meeting client expectations and satisfying regulatory compliances.
Who are they looking for?
  • Engineering expertise: Candidates with a degree in Civil Engineering or related Engineering discipline, bringing at least 10 years of relevant experience to the role.
  • Proactive problem-solver: A resourceful individual with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Airport experience: While not required, experience with airport projects is considered an advantage.
