Cloud Architect(EL)

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver robust, scalable, and highly available solutions across multi-cloud (OCI, AWS, Azure), private, and hybrid cloud environments for business-critical applications.

  
  

• Effective cloud management, efficient resource utilization, cost optimization, enhanced security, and compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements

  
  

• Apply deep, hands-on knowledge in OCI, AWS, and Azure, with a focus on designing and implementing complex, secure, and resilient cloud architectures.

  
  

• Lead the design and implementation of advanced networking solutions, including intricate Hub and Spoke topologies, across all cloud platforms to ensure secure and efficient communication.

  
  

• Develop and enforce comprehensive security solutions across cloud platforms, ensuring all architectures are compliant with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

  
  

• Oversee and execute multi-directional migration strategies for business-critical workloads, including on-premises to cloud, and cloud-to-cloud transitions.

  
  

• Design, implement, and manage advanced Oracle database solutions within OCI, including hands-on experience with DBCS, EXACS, EXACC, and ATP.

  
  

• Possess hands-on expertise in implementing and managing specialized database technologies such as MySQL HeatWave, PostgreSQL, OCICache, and NoSQL in OCI.

  
  

• Design and implement automated, reliable disaster recovery strategies to ensure business continuity and minimize downtime across various cloud platforms.

  
  

• Design and implement Microservice based solutions using OCI OKE

  
  

• Drive the design and implementation of sophisticated DevOps solutions using Ansible and Jenkins to automate and streamline cloud and application delivery in OCI, Azure, and AWS.

  
  

• Act as a senior subject matter expert, mentoring other technical staff and influencing architectural decisions across the organization.

  
  

• Perform evaluation, proof of concept and provide recommendations to the Head of IT Infrastructure

  
  

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Possess significant experience working within the healthcare industry, with a proven track record across different geographical markets

  
  

• Must have hands-on, practical experience with core healthcare technologies, including integration engines (e.g., Mirth), Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, and Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) platforms

  
  

• Mandatory achievement of Professional-level architect certifications from all three major cloud providers: OCI, AWS, and Azure.

  
  

• A minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure, with at least 8 years dedicated to architecting and designing large-scale cloud solutions.

  
  

• Proven exposure to and understanding of the Singapore Government's AIAS Architecture frameworks is highly desirable.

  
  

• Strong working knowledge of cloud automation with Ansible and Jenkins is required.

  
  

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  
  

• A strategic mindset and demonstrated ability to solve complex, multi-faceted technical challenges.

  
  

• Master-level proficiency in OCI, AWS, and Azure cloud platforms.

  
  

• TOGAF, ISC2 – Highly Preferred & Additional OCI specialty certifications – Advantageous

  
  

• Strong background in Linux and/or Windows administration

  
  

• Must have project management experiences. PMP, PRINCE2 or CITPM certified will be added bonuses.

  
  

• Familiarity with container technology, security concepts will be added bonuses
