The role
We are seeking a capable Roadshow Assistant cum Administrative professional to join us.
This full-time position is based in the Central Region and will play a crucial role in supporting our office operations and roadshow-related activities.
Key responsibilities
- Provide administrative assistance to the team, including filing, document management, and general office support
- Coordinate and assist with the planning and execution of roadshow events
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure the smooth running of roadshow logistics
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to roadshow activities
- Offer customer service support to both internal and external stakeholders
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management
What we're looking for
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail
- Prior experience in a similar roadshow or events-related role is preferred
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to work well in a team
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Monday - Friday
9am - 6pm
$2200 - $2500 + uncapped comms
