Job Description:
We are seeking a professional, friendly, and detail-oriented Receptionist/Assistant who is fluent in both English and Chinese. This role requires handling front desk reception, providing administrative support, and assisting in daily office operations.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and phone inquiries in a professional manner.
- Communicate effectively in both English and Chinese with clients and colleagues.
- Manage scheduling, appointments, and office documentation.
- Assist with daily administrative tasks and coordination.
- Support management with clerical duties as needed.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk area.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Chinese (spoken and written) – required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, scheduling tools).
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Prior receptionist, assistant, or customer service experience is a plus.
Compensation & Schedule:
- Part time: $12–$16 SGD per hour (based on experience).
- Full time: $2500 - $3000 SGD Monthly
- Flexible hours; some weekend availability may be required.

- 工作有条理,细心且可靠
- 基本电脑技能(Microsoft Office、邮件、日程工具)
- 能同时处理多项任务并独立工作
- 有前台、助理或客服经验者优先
薪资与工作时间:
- 兼职:每小时 $12–$16 SGD(视经验而定)
- 全职:每月$2500 - $3000 SGD(视经验而定)
- 工作时间灵活,偶尔需要周末上班
