Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Prepare Group Consolidation of Accounts and Group Reporting, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant accounting standards.
  • Financial and Management Reporting.
  • Assist in the preparation of Annual Report and audited Financial Statements.
  • Undertake any other duties and assignments which may be assigned by the Management from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Degree in Accountancy/Finance or equivalent from a recognised institution.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in preparing consolidated accounts.
  • Meticulous, detail-oriented, and possess good time management skills.
  • Fluent English with good writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight reporting deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills.

Additional Information:

  • Official Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 8am to 5pm or 9am to 6pm.
  • Occasional overseas business travels may be required.
