Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support small to medium-scale mobility solution projects to ensure timely and successful delivery aligned with project objectives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications and system design
  • Oversee solution testing, including functional and interface testing, from strategy and planning to execution and issue resolution
  • Manage UAT issues effectively, ensuring timely resolution with minimal impact on project timelines
  • Execute deployment activities and provide post-implementation technical support to ensure smooth business operations
  • Participate in the full development lifecycle for both in-house and outsourced projects, ensuring adherence to technical standards and best practices
  • Support global and regional technical solution rollouts across the Southeast Asia region
  • Work closely with business teams to develop strategic, product, and technical roadmaps
  • Stay updated on technological trends and apply insights to enhance business competitiveness
  • Continuously improve development processes and operational efficiency
  • Support other strategic initiatives as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
  • At least 1 year of experience in IT/technical solution system development with strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Strong business acumen with excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Proactive and capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders across functions
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure
  • Team player with leadership qualities, a strong sense of accountability, urgency, and initiative
  • Ability to adopt a "think global, act local" mindset
  • Adaptable and open to change, with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Willingness to travel within the Southeast Asia region
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, multicultural, and fast-paced environment, including occasional overtime
  • Strong problem-solving, logical thinking, and presentation skills
  • Experience in Mobility-as-a-Service (MaaS), smart solutions, or IoT projects is an added advantage
  • Knowledge of IoT/connectivity devices, front-end and back-end system design, and application APIs is an added advantage
  • Experience in IT project management is an added advantage
  • Familiarity with product discovery processes, including product vision, user needs, business objectives, and UI/UX design, is an added advantage
  • Experience in creating basic system architecture is an added advantage
  • Proficiency in prototyping and wireframing tools such as Figma or Sketch is an added advantage
  • Technical knowledge in programming languages such as Python, .NET, or Java is an added advantage
