Job Responsibilities
- Responsible to monitor customers' maturity of transaction and daily requirement for loan and time deposit
- Promote bank's product via tele-marketing calls such as Time Deposit and Foreign Exchange, and actively involves in department's campaign together with relationship manager
Job Requirements
- Be able to work closely with internal stakeholder to ensure smooth operation and transactions
- Be able to work in fast paced environment, understand customer's requirements in short period and present solutions that meet their needs
- Meticulous, excellent and clear communication
- Has working track with loan funding systems can be an advantage
