  • Handle Day to day operations in customer order entries and communicate

delivery arrangements & status with customers.

  • Liaise with suppliers and transportation team on delivery plans.

  • Monitor and ordering supplies to maintaining suitable inventory levels.

  • Supervising warehouse staff and daily activities.

  • Checking orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.

  • Maintaining inventory records, reporting relevant information, and preparing

any necessary documentation.

  • Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.

  • Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds.

  • Communicating and coordinating with other departments and customers.

  • able to commit work night shift every 16th - 30th/31st

  • Perform any other adhoc duties as and when assigned.
