Central Region, Singapore Conint Pte Ltd Full time $70,000 - $120,000 per year

  1. Oversee all projects operations;

  2. Prepare Master programme and ensure work progresses in accordance with schedule;

  3. To prepare and update site daily report on time;

  4. Delegate and assign duties to site staff under his/ her charge;

  5. Certification of payment, site disputes, planning of site facilities and workers quarters;

  6. Control the use of site resources and overall project cost on site;

  7. Manage the cost of variation works and time implications;

  8. Identify staff/ workers recruitment and training needs for all projects;

  9. Monitor and evaluate staff performance of the project team;

  10. To create team spirit among the project team members;

  11. Co-ordinate all aspect of the project works with client, consultants and sub-contractors;

  12. To ensure timely completion, profitability, safety and quality of all projects;

  13. To monitor and control wastage on site;

  14. To ensure works are being carried out safely and in accordance with the latest WSH Act provision;

  15. Responsible for all site document filing and record keeping on site in accordance with ISO standards;

  16. To protect the interest of the company and stakeholders;

  17. To resolve all technical and engineering issues on site;

  18. Participate in project tendering exercise;

  19. Ensure that all company's tools and equipment are properly stored, recorded and maintained;

  20. Perform as company's MR function role in IMS process and audit where the need arises;

  21. Be appointed as Technical Controller for Conint under the Building Control (Licensing of Builders) Regulations - Reg.16;

  22. Other duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirement:

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree in Civil Engineering

  2. At least 8 years of working experience in the related field

  3. Substantial managing experience of the full life cycle of a number of commercial building projects

  4. Organised, good at time management and prioritization of work

  5. Familiar with relevant authorities submissions in relation to construction project

  6. Excellent knowledge and able to manage Conquas requirement and related submission.
