The main purpose of the Cafe Service Crew is to greet arriving guests, welcome them into the outlet and seat them. The guest receives their first impression of the service of the outlet by their exchange with the Cafe Service Crew. He/She is vital to delivering a high standard of customer service and engagement for the outlets.

Related Duties and Responsibilities

  • To provide fast and courteous service to customers.
  • Greets customers, escorts them to tables and provide menu and suggestions.
  • Inspects cafe's serving stations for neatness, cleanliness and other supplies for tables and serving stations.
  • Observes tables and keep track of clean, dirty and occupied tables.
  • Cleans, organizes and stocks menu at designated area.
  • Interacts with customers as they leave the outlet to ensure positive dining experience.
  • Assist Outlet Supervisor in ensuring that the cafe operations is run according to company policy.

Communication & Working Relationships

  • Communicates professionally with all team members and Outlet Supervisor while keeping a productive working environment.
  • Communicates with the stewards while keeping a healthy and clean environment.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
