About the role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Service Crew to join our vibrant team at Enjoy Eats Pte Ltd in the Bukit Merah Central Region. This is a full-time role, where you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

  • Provide friendly and attentive table service to ensure customers have a memorable dining experience
  • Promptly take and deliver customer orders with accuracy
  • Stock and maintain a clean, well-organised service area
  • Assist with general restaurant duties such as setting tables, clearing dishes, and light cleaning
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints with a positive and professional manner

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a restaurant or cafe setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Energetic, organised, and able to work well in a fast-paced environment
