Responsibility :

  • Greet and assist customers, providing excellent service throughout their shopping experience
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products to drive sales
  • Maintain strong product knowledge to answer customer inquiries accurately
  • Handle cashier duties including processing payments, issuing receipts, and managing refunds or exchanges
  • Ensure merchandise is well-stocked, displayed neatly, and organized according to store standards
  • Perform regular stock checks and assist in inventory management
