Channel Accounts Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement various channel programs to enable channel partners to achieve win-win sales objectives and program benefits while strengthen long-term partnership.
- Provide full-cycle program services to sales and channel partners to deliver the best possible experience for channel partners in their participations of company programs.
- Understand and communicate all channel partner program offerings, its benefits/requirements, processes and policies to internal sales, stakeholders and channel partners.
- Work with relevant functions to response and resolve requests and issues promptly.
- Enabling channel managers and sales on the programs, website and tools and present the program details and updates to the partners when requested.
- Proactively gather feedback from channel partners on company programs and communicate with corporate channel partner teams to enhance programs.
- Develop matrices to track and measure the progress and effectiveness of the program.
- Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in executing and managing programs with channel partners in the Information Technologies industry.
- Experience in channel partner sales/marketing, channel programs and operations.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enjoys Partners and Sales engagement.
- Regional experience and some traveling as needed.
- Experience with Oracle or alike in creating sales reports, analyzing and reconciliation.
- Knowledge of networking and electrical product offerings or similar trade.
