We are looking for a Supply Planning Manager, to lead end-to-end planning and allocation process, leveraging on data-driven insights to optimise vendor capacity, streamline workflows, and ensure timely, cost-efficient delivery.

  • Oversee the full supply planning process, aligning capacity plans with business needs and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams to review specifications, allocate production to partners, and balance cost, quality, and delivery priorities.
  • Analyse planning outcomes to identify gaps, recommend product transfers, and continuously improve sourcing and allocation efficiency.
  • Utilising digital planning tools and data analytic to enhance forecast accuracy, monitor supplier capacity, and enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Drive process improvements through lean and agile practices, develop performance dashboards, and support seasonal initiatives and special projects.

skills and experience required

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Min. 5 years of experience in supply planning, particularly within fashion/FMCG/luxury related industries.
  • Experience in leather goods and sample planning will be an added advantage.
  • Willing to travel for work.
