E-Commerce Fulfilment

We're hiring PickleGo is looking for an E-Commerce Fulfilment & Customer Experience Associate to join our growing pickleball team.

You'll be packing and fulfilling online orders, assisting walk-in customers, and helping us deliver an amazing shopping experience; both online and in-store. Bonus points if you're into pickleball (or willing to learn) and comfortable jumping on TikTok Live.

Working hours:

Tuesdays to Saturdays: 12pm - 5pm

Key Responsibilities

• Order Fulfilment & Logistics
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for timely delivery.
• Coordinate drop-offs at partner drop-off points.
• Maintain an organized and efficient inventory system.

Customer Experience & Sales

• Assist walk-in customers with product inquiries and purchases.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on pickleball equipment.
• Support customer engagement initiatives, including live-stream promotions and social content (optional but welcomed).

E-Commerce Operations

• Support day-to-day operations of online orders.
• Ensure product listings and inventory data remain accurate.
• Provide feedback to improve fulfilment workflows and customer experience.

Requirements

• Prior experience in e-commerce operations, fulfilment, or retail sales preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Friendly, customer-focused, and willing to learn about pickleball equipment.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• (Bonus) Experience in pickleball or interest in learning the sport.
• (Bonus) Comfortable hosting TikTok Lives or similar livestreams.
