Key Responsibilities:

  • Capture high-quality photographs of all events, functions, and activities, including both internal and external engagements.
  • Edit and retouch images to maintain consistency with branding standards.
  • Organise, catalogue, and archive all images—past and newly captured—in a systematic, easily searchable manner (e.g., by event, date, or category).
  • Collaborate closely with the Events, Marketing, and Communications teams to understand photography needs and deliver assets on schedule.
  • Maintain, manage, and ensure proper care of all photography equipment.
  • Ensure all photo documentation is securely stored and readily accessible to internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in event photography and editing.
  • Proficiency in photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or public holidays according to event schedules.
