Our client is seeking an Assistant Architect to join their team

Are you ready to take your architectural career to the next level? Join a dynamic team where you'll independently manage diverse projects, from design to completion, while liaising with clients, consultants, and contractors. What you'll be doing?
  • Project Management: Lead various architectural projects independently, ensuring design intent is achieved while complying with technical requirements throughout all stages.
  • Design & Drawing: Produce high-quality architectural drawings as directed by Directors, contributing to the overall project success.
  • Client Interaction: Communicate and collaborate closely with client representatives, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project progression.
  • Presentation Skills: Assist in creating compelling design presentations for architectural projects, showcasing your creativity and attention to detail.
  • Compliance & Inspection: Handle authority submissions and conduct site inspections, ensuring all regulatory requirements are met.
Who are they looking for?
  • Educational Background: Candidates with a Master's Degree in Architecture (Part 2), bringing a strong foundation in architectural principles and practices.
  • Experience: Individuals with at least 3 years of project working experience in Singapore, familiar with local standards and practices.
  • Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in AutoCAD and Adobe Suite software, essential for producing high-quality architectural drawings and presentations.
  • Skill Set: Strong capabilities in project management, contract administration, design, and presentation, crucial for successful project delivery.
