Gen AI Presales Consultant

The Opportunity
  • Partner with customers and prospects to understand business challenges and design GenAI-powered solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Deliver high-impact technical demos, workshops, and POCs tailored to customer use cases (e.g., chatbots, RAG, embeddings, GenAI voice, and AI agents).
  • Translate business goals into scalable GenAI architectures using technologies like OpenAI, Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, LangFlow, LangChain, or Google AI .
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to drive deal success and ensure technical feasibility.
  • Provide expert guidance on model selection, fine-tuning, integration, performance optimization, and cost management .
  • Stay current with emerging GenAI trends, tools, and frameworks to maintain technical leadership.
  • Develop and maintain technical collateral, playbooks, and reusable assets to streamline and scale presales engagements.
Your Background
  • 5–10 years of experience in presales, solution engineering, or AI consulting roles.
  • Strong understanding of Generative AI concepts — LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, RAG, and multimodal models.
  • Hands-on experience with OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, Google AI , or similar platforms.
  • Proficiency in Python, APIs, and cloud-native architectures (e.g., RESTful integrations, containerized deployments).
  • Ability to communicate complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven track record supporting enterprise sales cycles or POCs across B2B, Cloud, SaaS, or on-prem environments.
