Roles & Responsibilities Gen AI Presales Consultant Permanent role Work location: CBD area The Opportunity Partner with customers and prospects to understand business challenges and design GenAI-powered solutions that deliver measurable outcomes. Deliver high-impact technical demos, workshops, and POCs tailored to customer use cases (e.g., chatbots, RAG, embeddings, GenAI voice, and AI agents). Translate business goals into scalable GenAI architectures using technologies like OpenAI, Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, LangFlow, LangChain, or Google AI . Collaborate closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to drive deal success and ensure technical feasibility. Provide expert guidance on model selection, fine-tuning, integration, performance optimization, and cost management . Stay current with emerging GenAI trends, tools, and frameworks to maintain technical leadership. Develop and maintain technical collateral, playbooks, and reusable assets to streamline and scale presales engagements. Your Background Must have a strong understanding of Generative AI concepts — LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, RAG, and multimodal models. Hands-on experience with OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, Google AI , or similar platforms. Experience with Python, APIs, and cloud-native architectures for AI deployment (e.g., RESTful integration, containerization). Skilled at explaining complex AI concepts to diverse audiences, including technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to pitch and deliver engaging sales demos to clients for pre-sales and solution presentations.
