Central Region, Singapore Arcwell Associates Full time $40,000 - $60,000 per year

As a Junior Investment Associate, you will be part of our front-office investment specialist team, supporting offshore high-net-worth (HNW) clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging and nurturing prospective clients to build meaningful customer relationships
  • Performing Know-Your-Customer (KYC) checks and financial needs analysis
  • Researching and preparing client deliverables to provide our clients with new investment ideas and customised investment advice that meet their objectives
  • Regular monitoring and rebalancing of client's portfolios
  • Providing clients with timely market updates
  • Ensuring that all regulated activities are in compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Singaporean or Singaporean Permanent Resident (PR)
  • Excellent communication skills and full professional fluency in English (Professional fluency in a second language such as Mandarin Chinese, Cantonese, Thai, Bahasa Indonesia, or Hindi will be advantageous)

  • At minimum, be in possession of the following academic qualifications or their equivalents:

  • Bachelor's/University degree

  • Diploma from an accredited polytechnic in Singapore
  • Be highly motivated and self-directed with effective time management skills
  • Must be client-oriented, articulate and confident in engaging others
  • Be interested and have some knowledge across a wide range of investment products (e.g. ETFs, REITs, Unit Trusts, Derivatives etc.)
  • Must be able to convey financial concepts clearly and professionally, both in writing and in conversation
  • Familiarity with FATCA will be considered an added advantage.
  • Candidates who have passed their CMFAS papers and CACS Examinations will be prioritised
