Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients, manage appointments, handle inquiries, process payments, and maintain patient records in a clinical or aesthetic setting.
  • Provide services such as skin analysis, non-invasive therapies, or post-treatment skincare advice under supervision or based on qualifications.
  • Support doctors or aestheticians during procedures by preparing equipment, sanitizing tools, and ensuring client comfort.
  • Educate clients on skincare products, treatment plans, and post-procedure care tailored to their skin type and concerns.
  • Ensure the cleanliness of treatment rooms, sterilization of tools, and adherence to clinic safety protocols and infection control guidelines.
  • Monitor and replenish skincare products, treatment supplies, and clinic essentials to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements:

  • CGE O Level
  • Well-organized, making sure records are correct and appointments run smoothly.
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and quality service.
