Trainee Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and eager-to-learn Trainee Engineer to support our Outside Plant (OSP) and ICT infrastructure projects. This is a hands-on field role ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals seeking experience in fiber optic deployment, network cabling, and site coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in site surveys, documentation, and project execution for OSP and ICT works.
• Support in supervising cable laying, ducting, and installation of ICT systems.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to track project progress.
• Prepare and update reports, drawings, and site records.
• Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and project specifications.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, IT, or related field.
• Interest in field-based project work and willingness to travel to site locations.
• Basic understanding of fiber optics, structured cabling, or networking is an advantage.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be able to commit to a full-time 1-year contract.
