Trainee Engineer

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a motivated and eager-to-learn **Trainee Engineer** to support our Outside Plant (OSP) and ICT infrastructure projects. This is a hands-on field role ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals seeking experience in fiber optic deployment, network cabling, and site coordination.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in site surveys, documentation, and project execution for OSP and ICT works.
- Support in supervising cable laying, ducting, and installation of ICT systems.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to track project progress.
- Prepare and update reports, drawings, and site records.
- Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and project specifications.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, IT, or related field.
- Interest in field-based project work and willingness to travel to site locations.
- Basic understanding of fiber optics, structured cabling, or networking is an advantage.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Must be able to commit to a full-time 1-year contract.
