We are now looking for a dynamic Senior Sales Manager, Marine to join our skilled Sales team for a permanent role. The location is Pandan Crescent, Singapore.

As a Senior Sales Manager, Marine, your work will focus on these responsibilities:
To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:
Proven experience as a Sales Manager role with Key Account management focusExtensive customer relationship management skillsAt least 5 years' experience in Marine/Offshore/Oil & Gas industry is preferredKnowledge and contact networks relating to Maritime Decarbonisation agendaGood command of both English both written and verbal-, Bahasa etc is a plus point.Customer Centric mentalityWillingness to travel in a short noticePossess an excellent communication & negotiation skillsComputer literacy and proficient in CRM, MICROSOFT Words, excel, PowerPoint, SAP is an added advantageA Goal getter and Dynamic with a Team player personalityTrack record of growing Sales, marketing/ promoting New sales, Lifecycle Support and upgrades SolutionsWorking knowledge of marine, marine propulsion and electrical power systems would be highly desirableExcellent communication skills, with an ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders both internally and externallyAccountability and takes ownership mindsetA proactive individual who is able to work effectively and efficiently independently and as Part of a teamGood time management and organisation skills - able to effectively manage a dynamic workloadFlexible and Open to change attitudeEducation : At least a recognised/Accredited Bachelor degrees in the field of Marine, Offshore, Oil & Gas, Mechanical and/or Mechatronics discipline. Candidates without relevant educational qualification but with vast experience and customer networks in the maritime environment will also be consider.
