Job Description

Responsibilities

Responsible for preparing a full spectrum of monthly management accounts and all related supporting schedules.

Perform inventory control, including monthly stock count, stock costing and valuation.Perform order entry and invoicing for customers.

Handle the payment process for Accounts Payable and manage Accounts Receivable.

Prepare and monitor cash flow and banking matters.

Perform inter-company reconciliation.

Prepare monthly analytical review, HQ SAP Reporting and annual budget.

Prepare audit, tax computation schedules, and audit financial statements.

Liaise and work with internal and external parties, such as bankers, auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, consultants, government agencies, etc.

Responsible for GST and company taxation submission.

Perform administrative tasks, including monthly payroll.

Perform all other related duties as assigned by the management from time to time.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Degree in Accountancy or a Professional Degree.

Required languages: Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.

Minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field.

Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Must be proficient in computerised accounting systems.

Possess initiative, independence, team player, interpersonal skills, be hardworking and responsible.

Able to work under pressure and can meet tight reporting deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3, $4,000.00 per month
