Roles & Responsibilities

  • Preparation of client's accounts including AP, AR, Balance sheet, P/L, accounting schedules and Bank Reconciliation for monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting
  • Preparation of financial statements
  • Preparation of quarterly GST schedules, GST reports and GST filings
  • Preparation of tax computations, tax returns and tax filings
  • Handling general corporate secretarial matters
  • To perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
  • Candidates with practical experience in Quickbooks, Xero, Info-Tech and/or SingTax software will have an added advantage
  • Working location: Paya Lebar Region
  • Working hours: 5 days (Mon to Fri) 9am to 6pm

Job Requirements

  • Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident only
  • Diploma / Degree in accountancy or equivalent
  • Candidates with 1 to 2 years of working experience in an accounting/audit firm will have an added advantage
  • Able to start work immediately or on short notice will be an added advantage
