Our client is in search of a results-oriented and seasoned professional to join our team as the Head of Leasing/Senior Manager. This pivotal leadership position will oversee all leasing activities and collaborate closely with industry stakeholders to optimize the tenancy mix, creating a distinctive lifestyle destination within the city.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive leasing strategies to attract and retain high-caliber tenants
  • Identify opportunities for tenant diversification and enhance the tenancy mix to maximize revenue and foot traffic.
  • Lead lease negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
  • Foster strong relationships with current and potential tenants, promptly and professionally addressing inquiries and concerns.
  • Conduct market research to stay abreast of trends, competitor activity, and consumer preferences.
  • Supervise the preparation and execution of lease agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field; a Master's degree would be advantageous.
  • 5+ years of experience in leasing or relevant roles within the real estate sector.
  • Demonstrated success in leasing negotiations, tenant management, and strategic planning.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
