About the role

Join our dynamic team as a Sales Assistant at ROYAL AVENUES PTE. LTD.', a leading retailer in the Bugis Central Region. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our store. This full-time position offers a rewarding opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to the success of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Provide product information and recommendations to help customers find the perfect items
  3. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  4. Maintain the store's visual merchandising and ensure a well-organised, clean, and inviting retail environment
  5. Restock and replenish merchandise as needed
  6. Assist with inventory management and other administrative tasks as required

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in the Retail & Consumer Products industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and provide exceptional service
  3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle customer inquiries and concerns
  4. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and also independently
  5. Enthusiasm, flexibility, and a passion for the retail industry
  6. Knowledge of point-of-sale systems and inventory management processes is an advantage
