Job Description

The purpose of the job is to ensure seamless operation and support of the AP Helpdesk by effectively addressing queries and resolving invoice issues.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with departments, staff, student and external parties to promptly address and resolve queries received via NUService Hub or AP Helpdesk Hotline
  • Resolve Ariba Invoice issues by providing guidance and support to vendors and departments
  • Monitor the AP central mailbox and ensure emails not automatically picked up by the system are forwarded to NUService Hub
  • Perform audit confirmation for vendors to ensure compliance and accuracy
  • Perform DDA reconciliation
  • Participate in UAT for system upgrades and migrations to ensure functionality and performance meet operational requirements
  • Undertake other duties as assigned periodically
Qualifications
  • Diploma in Accountancy, AAT, or equivalent
  • 2 to 4 years of accounts payable experience is preferred
  • Hands-on knowledge of SAP application is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team and willing to learn
  • Possess good communication and customer service skills
