Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Disputes Associate (SG Qualified) based in Downtown Core. The Disputes Associate will be responsible for managing and resolving disputes related to construction and engineering law, preparing legal documents, conducting legal research, and analyzing legal issues. You will be working with Senior Accredited and Accredited Specialists (Building and Construction) SAL. There will also be exposure to commercial disputes in this role.

Qualifications

Strong background in Law and Legal Issues

Experience with Legal Document Preparation

Excellent Analytical Skills

Effective Communication abilities

Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment

Relevant experience in construction and engineering law is a plus
