Job Descriptions:

  • Coordinate marketing campaigns aimed at increasing brand visibility and driving customer acquisition.
  • Providing good customer service, including offering general information, redirecting customers, addressing compliments and complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Point of contact for sales hotlines and inquiries, efficiently addressing customer queries.
  • Handling customer data with meticulousness
  • Manage digital marketing initiatives, including social medical, email marketing an Google Ads.
  • Oversee the creation on content for digital platforms such as websites, social media, brochures and outdoor advertising.
  • Assist in arranging the scene to highlight products, branding, or key messages.
  • Monitor video and audio quality to ensure professional output suitable for social media or campaigns.
  • As a Video Presenter to introduce, explain, and demonstrate products or services
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless integration between marketing initiatives and sales efforts.
  • Work closely with internal and external parties to ensure marketing activities align with business objectives.

Job Requirement:

  • Minimally Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and strategies.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
  • Previous experience as a presenter, host, content creator, KOL, or similar on-camera role is an advantage.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly detail-oriented with a creative mindset and strong conceptualization skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, a team-oriented approach, and experience in managing stakeholder.
