Aluminium Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Aluminium Supervisor to oversee aluminium fabrication and installation works for our construction projects in Singapore. The Supervisor will be responsible for managing site activities, ensuring quality standards, coordinating manpower, and maintaining workplace safety.

• Supervise aluminium installation works (e.g., curtain wall, cladding, windows, doors, railings) at project sites.
• Coordinate and manage daily site operations, manpower allocation, and subcontractors.
• Review and interpret shop drawings, ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Oversee fabrication works in the workshop, ensuring accurate cutting, assembly, and finishing.
• Conduct inspections on materials and workmanship to ensure quality and compliance with BCA standards.
• Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports for submission to the Project Manager.
• Plan and monitor resources (materials, equipment, tools, and manpower) to meet project schedules.
• Ensure strict adherence to Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) requirements and conduct regular toolbox meetings.
• Provide guidance and training to workers, ensuring productivity and workmanship standards.
• Liaise with consultants, clients, and main contractors on project matters and resolve site issues promptly.

• At least 3–5 years of experience in aluminium fabrication and installation (construction/façade industry).
• Good knowledge of shop drawings, technical specifications, and construction details.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills with experience managing foreign workers.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under tight schedules.
