Formwork Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise construction, erection, alteration, and dismantling of formwork structures.
• 监督模板结构的施工、搭建、改造及拆除工作
• Ensure formwork complies with Codes of Practice and safety regulations.
• 确保模板符合相关操作规范及安全法规
• Interpret architectural and structural drawings accurately.
• 准确解读建筑与结构图纸
• Assess construction strength of materials, shoring, and support systems.

• 评估施工材料、支撑系统及支架的强度

• Lead and coordinate formwork teams on-site.

• 领导并协调现场模板施工团队
• Monitor daily progress, ensure timelines and quality standards are met.
• 跟进每日施工进度,确保按时完成并符合质量标准
• Conduct pre-, during-, and post-concreting inspections of formwork and falsework.
• 进行混凝土浇筑前、中、后的模板与假架检查
• Ensure proper shutter making, assembling, and alignment.
• 确保模板制作、组装及对位准确
• Calculate material quantities and manage inventory.
• 计算材料用量并进行库存管理
• Liaise with site engineers and maincontractors for workflow coordination.
• 与现场工程师及总包商沟通协调施工流程
• Maintain daily reports, inspection logs, and compliance checklists.
• 记录每日施工报告、检查日志及合规表单

Requirement

• knowledge from Formwork Safety Courses and BCSS certification.
• 具备模板安全课程及建筑施工安全监督员(BCSS)认证相关知识
• Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) protocols.
• 熟悉《工作场所安全与健康条例》(WSH)
• Identify and mitigate site hazards related to formwork operations.
• 能识别并有效应对模板施工相关的现场安全隐患
• Timber/ Aluminium/ Steel Structural Formwork acknowledge
• 具备对木模板、铝模板及钢模板结构体系的认知与应用能力
