  • Lead the entire experience design process, from in-depth research and strategic development to prototyping and user testing, ensuring optimal brand and user experience outcomes for company's digital products.
  • Contribute to the strategic roadmap for digital applications, proactively identifying opportunities and anticipating challenges within the global operations, aligning with enterprise objectives and fostering agility.
  • Design and build on front-end development and optimizing UI elements such as interfaces, layouts, and widgets.
  • Develop intuitive dashboards that enable users to quickly and easily interpret AI-driven insights.
  • Contribute to the strategic roadmap for AI initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and user engagement through innovative UX solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners and Business SMEs to deeply understand target audiences, define user personas, and gather essential insights to inform design decisions.
  • Organize and conduct usability testing to validate design concepts and ensure optimal user experience.
  • Translate complex user research and business needs into actionable design solutions, streamlining multi-step processes into seamless interactions.
  • Facilitate strong collaboration with data scientists, product managers, engineers, and key business stakeholders across our global footprint to translate complex AI functionality into visually compelling and accessible user experiences.
  • Partner with operative business functions to understand their challenges and identify innovative AI-driven solutions, including GenAI and process automation, to uplift our operations.
  • Support the seamless transition of prototypes into production environments and their subsequent scaling, collaborating closely with architects and engineers.
  • Develop and maintain a cohesive design system, including style guides and reusable components, to ensure consistent UI elements and interactions across all AI products.
  • Identify and proactively troubleshoot UX issues, focusing on responsiveness and usability.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of UX solutions, adhering to design best practices and industry trends.
  • Stay current with the latest advancements in UI/UX, particularly those aiding the assimilation of AI/ML-generated insights.

skills and experience required
At least 5 years of progressive experience) as a UI/UX designer or in a comparable role, AI & Data Visualization Integration and cross functional teamwork.

Experienced in wireframing, prototyping, and creating high-fidelity mockups, with a strong focus on AI-powered applications. Skilled at translating complex AI functionality into intuitive and accessible UX/UI designs that enhance user understanding and engagement.

Comprehensive understanding of UI/UX best practices, modern design thinking, and industry trends.
