About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced D365 F&O Solution Architect (Functional) to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-level ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise across Finance & Operations, solution architecture, and stakeholder management, with a proven track record of driving successful end-to-end implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead solution architecture, design, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Functional.
  • Define scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Retail modules
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into functional and technical designs
  • Provide technical governance, ensure adherence to best practices, and mentor consulting teams
  • Drive pre-sales discussions, solution demonstrations, and proposal preparation
  • Oversee integrations with external applications using Azure, APIs, and other tools
  • Ensure system optimisation, performance, and scalability for enterprise clients

What We're Looking For:

  • 10+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX / D365 F&O, with at least 7-8 years in a Solution Architect role
  • Strong expertise across Finance, SCM, Manufacturing, and Retail modules
  • Solid understanding of solution design, integrations, and data migration strategies
  • Experience working on multiple end-to-end D365 F&O implementations
  • Familiarity with Azure services, DevOps, and Power Platform
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 F&O Solution Architect (Functional) / Finance / SCM preferred
