Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies and initiatives that align with Marina Bay Sands' Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) objectives
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to identify and address community needs, aligned to the focus areas of Marina Bay Sands' CSR programme, Sands Cares
  • Lead and organise community engagement, fundraising, and volunteering initiatives by working closely with internal stakeholders
  • Engage internal stakeholders to drive Team Member volunteerism through planning, coordination and execution of meaningful volunteerism events on a regular basis
  • Evaluate and respond to donation appeals and sponsorship requests  
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of CSR initiatives, and prepare post-programme evaluation reports
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and ethical standards
  • Assist with volunteer data consolidation and reporting

Job Requirements

Education & Certification

  • A Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Marketing/Communications, Business or Hospitality

Experience

  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience.
  • Experience in corporate social responsibility, communications and event management

Other Prerequisites

  • Possess strong command of English
  • Excellent writing and communications abilities
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills – a communicator passionate about advocating CSR as best practice for business
  • A team player with the ability to work independently and proactively
  • Ability to focus, multi-task and accomplish objectives in a fast-paced environment
  • Integrity, resourcefulness, resilience and adaptability are key characteristics that candidates should possess to succeed in this role.
