Job Scope

  1. Project Management

  2. Support procurement and implementation of consultancy and construction packages for redevelopment projects.

  3. Review project schedules, method statements, materials, and work permits during construction.
  4. Develop governance frameworks and processes to ensure projects are delivered on time and within standards.
  5. Oversee consultants and contractors to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and quality standards.

  6. Stakeholder Management

  7. Develop and execute communication plans for timely engagement with stakeholders.

  8. Provide updates on progress, milestones, and challenges to relevant parties.
  9. Collaborate with leadership to align innovation and project objectives with organizational goals.
  10. Conduct feasibility studies and engage stakeholders for renovation and development initiatives.

  11. Budgeting & Administrative Support

  12. Work with stakeholders to prepare and manage project budgets aligned with objectives.

  13. Perform other related duties or tasks as assigned.

Requirement

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/ Project Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
