Job Title: Warehouse Admin Assistant

Reports To: Manager

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Admin Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting daily warehouse operations and maintaining accurate inventory records. This position involves data entry, inventory management, and ensuring a smooth workflow within the warehouse environment.

Job Highlights:

  • 5.5 days' work week , office hours
  • Working location: Jurong Port (nearest mrt: Lakeside)
  • Salary: $2,000 - $2,600

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse Operations:

  • Assist with processing and sorting e-commerce orders.
  • Coordinate with relevant parties for special delivery arrangements and exception handling.
  • Maintain the backend system to ensure timely updates on orders.
  • Provide Quality Control for order fulfilment and return.

Inventory Management:

  • Perform inventory control measures to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
  • Ensure return orders are processed and put away within stipulated timelines.
  • Assist with data entry tasks as required.

Administrative Support:

  • Support daily administrative tasks within the warehouse.
  • Help maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Perform data entry when necessary.
  • Any other jobs and responsibilities provided by the management.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in warehouse operations or administrative roles is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and system management.

Skills:

  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Problem-solving skills for handling exceptions and inquiries.

Working Conditions:

  • Primarily based in a non-air-conditioned warehouse environment (fans provided).
  • Must be comfortable with physical tasks and standing for extended periods.
