Salary$2,700 – $3,000 per month
Job Responsibilities- Select, weigh, pack (wrap), and label fresh fruits and vegetables according to standards.
- Ensure the accuracy of inventory quantity, expiration dates, and storage locations for the assigned work group, and ensure safe stacking and storage of goods.
- Ensure smooth, compliant, and efficient daily warehouse operations; maintain operational order and guarantee timely delivery.
- Plan daily manpower based on workload, allocate tasks fairly, provide on-the-job training, cultivate teamwork, and enhance productivity.
- Standardize warehouse storage, monitor daily operational damages and inventory discrepancies, control shelf-life variance, and reduce operational losses.
- Maintain 6S standards in the warehouse to ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and a professional working environment.
- Assist with general warehouse cleaning and organization.
- Complete other reasonable tasks assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
- Computer Skills: Proficient in basic computer operations
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of warehouse operations management experience
- Experience leading a team of 20 or more staff
- Abilities: Excellent coordination, strong execution, fast learner, and effective communication skills
Knowledge / Skills:
Proficient in WMS system operations
- Basic warehousing and transportation knowledge
