As our Culture & Morale Manager, you'll be the energy behind AMO — the one who keeps our people inspired, our culture alive, and our momentum unstoppable. Here's what that looks like:
Keep the Vibe High: Lead check-ins, rituals, and creative morale boosts that make people feel seen and supported.
Champion Our Culture: Make sure every team member — from day one — feels what AMO stands for and lives it out daily.
Celebrate the Wins: Build a recognition system that values teamwork, effort, and attitude, not just numbers.
Support the Hustle: Be a steady presence during high-stress moments and help leaders keep their teams motivated and balanced.
