We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager with experience in HDB projects to support our project delivery team. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating, planning, and executing construction or engineering projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Prior experience with HDB-related procedures, guidelines, and site coordination is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Project Manager in daily operations and overall project coordination.

  • Monitor project progress, site activities, and contractor performance.

  • Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.

  • Attend site meetings and prepare progress reports and documentation.

  • Follow up on design issues, RFI (Request for Information), and construction drawings.

  • Track project milestones, budget usage, and material delivery schedules.

  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards on-site.

  • Support in resolving site-related issues and escalating critical matters when needed.

  • Maintain proper documentation of all project-related records.

  • Apply knowledge of HDB project requirements and guidelines to support compliance and smooth execution.

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, with proven involvement in HDB project coordination or site supervision.

  • Familiar with construction drawings, project documentation, and site processes.

  • Good communication and coordination skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project); knowledge of AutoCAD or project scheduling tools is an advantage.

  • Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Fluent in English and [local language, if applicable].
