Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP PM module implementation, support, and optimization, with a proven track record of delivering high-impact solutions across industries. You will play a key role in client engagements, solution design, and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage SAP PM module implementations and enhancements.
  • Conduct business requirement gathering, gap analysis, and solution design.
  • Configure SAP PM functionalities including equipment master, maintenance plans, work orders, notifications, task lists, and measuring points.
  • Integrate SAP PM with other modules such as MM, PP, and QM.
  • Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for SAP PM-related issues.
  • Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and work closely with ABAP developers.
  • Conduct user training, UAT, and post-go-live support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Stay updated with SAP innovations and recommend improvements to clients.
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in SAP PM module.
  • At least 2 full-cycle SAP PM implementations.
  • Strong understanding of maintenance processes in manufacturing or asset-intensive industries.
  • Experience in S/4HANA environment is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lead client workshops.
Preferred Skills:
  • SAP Certification in Plant Maintenance.
  • Exposure to SAP Fiori apps related to PM.
  • Knowledge of predictive maintenance and IoT integration.
  • Experience with Agile or hybrid project methodologies.
