At least 5 years of planner and SAP experience in implementation of plant maintenance and understand the new plant maintenance setup requirements, work with SAP consultant team to provide solutions, functional specifications and manage the plant asset master data.
- Develop maintenance plan for scheduling, execution, and follow up of the following: regular maintenance, preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, shutdown maintenance; work with maintenance team, contractors, and vendors.
- Work with production scheduler and cross functional team for the maintenance work scheduling, this to include the following: issuing and reviewing work orders reviewing parts and tools required and providing detailed work instructions.
- Schedule and coordinate routine and non-routine maintenance, repairs, and facilities activities for Production and QC equipment across the plant, ensuring compliance and budget requirements are met, this includes shutdowns activities.
- Responsible for planning and executing SAP Implementation / Development / Optimization regarding SAP - Plant Maintenance setup.
- Detailed knowledge of the plant maintenance master data, data migration, maintenance plan creation, maintenance orders, maintenance scheduling, refurbishment process, spare part registration etc.
- Strong in SAP knowledge and experience as well as integrations with other modules - Finance, calibration setup, supply chain, EHS, manufacturing.
- Support and manage technical object, creating asset data base, filling the SAP scoping data migration template for the design & build, mock 1 / mock 2 / SIT / UAT for SAP deployment project.
- Strong configuration hands on experience in SAP Plant Maintenance & MRO modules.
- Experience in full lifecycle SAP implementations for the plant start-up.
- In depth knowledge of entire master data, Serial number, BOM, Maintenance Task list, Measuring point, counters, PM work centres, and Maintenance plans/ Maintenance Item.
Responsible for planning and executing SAP Implementation / Development / Support activities regard to SAP - Plant Maintenance & MRO
- Knowledge and experience of S4/HANA.
