About the role

Join the dynamic team at Urban Care Employment Agency as an EA Consultant. In this full-time position based in the Yishun Central North Region, you will be responsible for providing high-quality account and relationship management services to our valued clients amd family.

As an EA Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the strategic objectives of the organisation and contributing to its continued success.

What you'll be doing

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their unique needs and requirements

  • Provide tailored employment advisory and placement services to match clients with suitable helpers

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and facilitating interviews

  • Liaise with helpers to understand their skills, experiences & capabilities

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the recruitment process

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative recruitment strategies

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in relationship management, preferably within the MDW employment services industry

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and candidates

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering results

  • Certified in CEI is a must
