About the role

A&W Restaurants in Singapore is looking for passionate Crew Members to join their dynamic team. As an A&W Crew Member, you will be the face of our iconic brand, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant. This is a full-time or part-time role, offering the flexibility to fit your lifestyle.

What you'll be doing

  • Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and positive attitude
  • Take customer orders and process payments efficiently
  • Prepare and serve A&W's delicious menu items, including burgers, fries, and our famous root beer floats
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring the highest standards of food safety and hygiene
  • Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer inquiries or concerns
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures
